After you’ve placed your order on our site you will be emailed a order confirmation, invoice of your order , and tracking information.
Pick Up Options
Local pickup is available during normal business working hours. You have 5 days to pick up your order or your order will be shipped to the address on file. Orders may not remain in the warehouse after 5 days. This helps with inventory space, and the successful processing and shipping of all customer orders. All packages require signature confirmation in order to release.

We offer exchanges and store credit on items that are approved. We do not offer returns or refunds.

Items cannot be damaged, torn, ripped, have any foul smells such as smoke or body odors , stained or soiled. If we suspect any type of issue with the item you will not be able to exchange your item or receive store credit. We don’t issue a refund or exchange on FINAL SALE ITEMS such as swimwear bodysuits etc. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY WHEN MAKING YOUR PURCHASE .You have 7 days to return your item from your receipt ( 7 days is the grace period ) after the 7 day mark you’re no longer able to return your item . Once we receive your item you’re giving a store credit which will be emailed to you so that you can enjoy shopping again

When returning any item to us you must pay shipping fees. We do not cover shipping fees for items sent back for store credit.

When making a return: Pack your item securely in the original packaging , if possible . Remember all items must be returned in the original condition otherwise we will not accept the item. Be sure to include your original invoice that we shipped with your package if you can’t send the original invoice back

Include the order number, billing name and address and your reason for returning the item.
